Join us for a very special evening filled with tradition and flavor!
Your evening will start with a "Welcome Cocktail" then ease into our pre-fix menu: (1) appetizer, (1) entree, (1) dessert. Each one paired with a serving of Mandala Tequila: (1) blanco, (1) reposado, (1) anejo.

Margarita Negra
Mandala blanco tequila, orange liqueur, fresh lime juice all shaken with activated charcoal & rimmed with lava salt
Arancini al’ Tartufo
lightly battered risotto, mushroom & pecorino croquettes served with a truffle oil & macha salsa aioli paired with Mandala Blanco Tequila
Cochinita al’ Chile Negro
Slow-roasted chile negro marinated pork served with a creamy parmesan risotto
paired with Mandala Reposado
Pumpkin Tiramisu
Traditional Italian tiramisu infused with pumpkin paired with Mandala Anejo Tequila
